My wifi router arrived 7 days ago but there is still no update on the activation.
The Plus net people don't pick up phone or send any update via SMS about the status of my order. There is no online chat or support email
They were only very quick to setup the payment method to ensure the billing is in place.
I am very disappointed. I need to take a decision whether to cancel my order or not

I'm very sorry to hear about this, though I can see that not long after this post was made, the service seems to have gone live. How are things looking on your end - everything up and running?
