I have been waiting since June 2025 to go full fibre, but they keep moving the start date. The fibre is 20ft away in a DP in the pavement. They arrived within 5 days and took a look. They said the copper cable is stuck in the conduit and will require some digging. Just had a text saying they will be here on Thursday the 16th, 10 mins later, all changed, now the November 25. Has anyone else had this problem?

@mickbonner57 Unfortunately, Openreach are a law unto themselves, and the end user - you - is not considered. If it is the same issue every time, and considering you have been waiting 3+ months, I suggest you try emailing the OR CEO.

I do, but it is bad practice to publish such on the forum - just search for 'Openreach CEO email'.
