Hi, I was given a date of April 8 for the changeover from ADSL to Unlimited Fibre Extra (and ordered new router). So far router not yet received and no further communication on whether the original date of changeover has been delayed.
Could you update me on this please? Many thanks.

I'm really sorry for the confusion of the date the services are due to change and for any frustrations this is causing.
I can see that we did send an update here advising the services will switch on 15th as this will be the first available engineer to go out and do the external work needed to complete the switch.
Is there anything else I can help with today?
