I have renewed my contract with PN. However, the old contract and price still appear on my dashboard and it seems that the new bill was charged at the old price when I was advised that the new contract went live on 06/06/22.

Hi there @Dev, I'm really sorry for the issue with this. It looks like the new contract hasn't activated correctly for some reason. Would you prefer us to credit the over-payment against your account balance so that it deducts from the next bill or would you prefer a refund?
