Contacting Plusnet

Hi

I'm a new PlusNet customer. I tried to contact the support team today using the two phone numbers I could find. But in both cases, my calls either failed to connect or I got a message saying "this service is temporarily unavailable, please try later".

Is this normal?

How can I contact the support service?

Thanks

Brian.

Re: Contacting Plusnet

Fix

It is not normal - they have a fault of which they are aware.

Re: Contacting Plusnet

They are mobile, not VoIP/Fixed line networks.

Reading a Techradar thread on this, it could be related.

@jab1

These days one needs to be mindful that VoIP is the back bone of everything, both mobile and 'landline' ... even where the 'last leg' is analogue.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
