Changing Package - Email

Hi all,

I am in the process of changing my package from Unlimited Fibre Extra inc. Line rental to Fibre.

What happends to my email (*@domain.plus.com).  The T&Cs seem to imply it goes away (well hidden) and nothing mentioned in emails.

I am correct?

@thekitesociety If you are merely changing from FTTC with phone (Unlimited Fibre Extra) to Fibre (no phone) then your email address is not affected - but note email services  - on your current address will soon be handled by Greenby - see this longish topic - https://community.plus.net/t5/Email/Plusnet-email-moving-to-Greenby/m-p/2005987#M49258 - for more information.
