Change the instllation schedule

Hello,

I have booked the engineer to install the Full Fiber installation on 04-May-2023 morning. I want to change the schedule on the same day afternoon. Could you please tell me how I can change it? Thank you.

Cheers for taking my call just now, as there are no afternoon slots free on the 4th of May we've left the appointment in place for the AM slot on that date for you so I've not made any changes.
