Hi. I run out of contract in June. Didn't realise until ive seen my last 5 bills ! 🥲🥲
Now its cancelled completely. Is there a way I can get a new deal

If you do not have an account with Plusnet, you’ll be able to get a new customer deal.

How was the account cancelled?  Indeed, why?  You could have got a reasonable renewal deal.  How did you miss the “you’re approaching the end of your contract” emails?

Yes. Managed to miss emails. No offer to renew anymore in the account. 😬🤦

Visit any ISP's website and sign up as a new customer.

You can do better elsewhere, now Plusnet has abandoned all the great features that it once had, have outsourced their online help team to EE staff who have no access to the Plusnet systems, and are no longer particularly good value over the entire contract period when you take into account the annual price increases.

Have you investigated whether you have access to any AltNet FTTP networks at your address ?,  as Altnets can often provide lower cost FTTP than Openreach, and typically have much faster upload speeds on comparable download speed packages.
