New to plusnet. Is my account active ?. I have the oops something wrong message when I try to log in. Should I wait and keep trying . Perhaps my chosen password was entered wrong

Hi @altrick,
Welcome to the Plusnet Community
You should get an email a few days after your order is placed which will let you know your service activation date. But you should be able to login to the Plusnet account you created to track your order in the meantime. If you have not already it would be worth doing the password reset if you think there may have been a mistake during the signup.
