Broadband started but no router!
Not a great start. I have been told that my broadband service is up and running, but I have no router still! Any ideas on tracking this thing down? I had an email on Wednesday 12th to say it was shipped but nothing. I have spent over an hour on hold on the phone and still going...

@blackcats12 - it did indeed leave the warehouse on the 12th. Sorry to hear it's not with you.
It was sent using First Class mail, however I've a suspicion the strike activity on the 13th has played a part in why it still hasn't shown.
Might be worth contacting your local sorting office to see if it's there.
