Broadband order delayed
My broadband was scheduled to be activated 14 October. But I have received a text saying my order is delayed without any explanation. The service line is always occupied. Is there anyone telling me what happened?

@woxiangchizhaji it will probably be quicker to phone Plusnet and wait to talk to someone as the forum staff are taking 2 days to reply to initial queries currently (on average).
Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT
