Broadband router not arrived

Hi,
My FTTC broadband service was scheduled to go live today, but I have not received my Plusnet router. I was switching from Sky and they have already ceased their service, so I currently have no broadband at all.

I have confirmed the line is live — I connected my Sky SR203 router and the DSL light is synced (orange), but it cannot authenticate on Plusnet.
I would like the router to be dispatched urgently, ideally same-day if possible as I work from home.

Given the current holiday season, specifically Christmas and New Year, it is highly probable that the postal service is experiencing significant backlogs.

Do you currently possess a mobile broadband solution, such as a dongle or MiFi device, that could be utilized until your router arrives?

Alternatively, have you considered using your mobile phone as a hotspot?

Login to your PN account and look to see if the router has been dispatched. If it has then you should have received a Tracking number from Royal Mail.

 

With your Sky router have to changed the login details to your PN credentials.

Sky routers are 'locked'. There's no way to change them to PPPoE , let alone enter any credentials

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
