Broadband order

Hi,

 

I ordered and paid for my broadband/phone service earlier in the week, seems to have all gone through OK apart from the fact that in my account status it says the router order is still pending. This might be normal as I'm aware it takes some time to set up the service etc, but I just wanted to double check.
