I have received a message today to say that my broadband order has been delayed. I have tried to call the number on the message but after nearly one hour waiting, I gave up. Could anyone shed some light on what might be going on please? Many thanks
I'm really sorry for the delay with your order. It looks like we've since picked this up for you and manually progressed things onto our suppliers. We should be able to confirm your activation date within 24-48 hours.
