Broadband not delivered

Hi there,

not sure if anyone can help,

My broadband order tracker says "checking your line"

it has been like this for over 1 week,

please could someone give me an accurate ETA as I work from home for the NHS and not having any internet is quite distressing.

I've just checked your order and I can confirm your broadband's due to go live on the 1st November before midnight. Smiley

I think someone tried to deliver it yesterday, will they try again? Or will they leave it at the post office?

@jab1 if it was the Post Office, then yes then the hub.  Hub deliveries are now tracked.

@charlieg the post office will do whatever you now ask them to do given that you were not in when they arrived - they ought to have posted it through the letterbox!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Townman Agreed - was a bit distracted when I posted that. There should have been a card left, with alternatives.

I've just sent you an email/SMS with the tracking reference. I suspect you can either pick up from your local sorting office or alternatively arrange re-delivery using the link I've provided you with.
