Broadband activation

My broadband was meant to be activated on 11th September yet I am still waiting to be connected. On the order status it says that they are still activating the line. I've not had any communication from plusnet. If anybody has any recommendations I would be extremely grateful. Thanks in advance.

It looks like your service is active now but I can see there was a delay of a day or two so we're really sorry about that. 


I've just tried giving you a call just to make sure everything is working as it should be. There was no answer so I'll try again tomorrow but please feel free to get back to me here in the meantime.
