Trying to help a distant friend with her new PN contract setup - she has the router and I have got her to connect the Cat5 cable, but she is not sure if/when the service is live. There is, she says, a 40 minute wait on your line and chat is inactive. If I give you her username can you tell me when she can expect to connect?
