Broadband activation time

Hi guys! So I’m a new customer and I’ve been told that my broadband may take up until the April 2nd to for everything to be up and running.

Is there anything I can do on my end to speeded this process up as I rely on my broadband for when I work from home etc..

I do have an old talktalk modem, would broadband username and password work on there ?Huh

Hi there and welcome to the community forums.

Your service won't work until the order completes with our suppliers. I've had a look into this and unfortunately the 2nd of April is the earliest this can happen. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
