Broadband activation query

Hi, I was supposed to have had my broadband activated on the 25th up to midnight but no one sent me any message about said activation. When I go on order tracker the activation date has been substituted by weird characters, care to help me with this situation?

Is anyone reading this? I've tried calling your costumer service but at 10am in the morning on a Monday there's a high amount of calls and I'm not being put through.
Can anyone help me?
I want my broadband since at then moment I have none.
