Chose to switch to Plusnet & received confirmation that the wheels were in motion on 9th October. Received a extremely vague email yesterday stating there had been a problem. No indication as to what that problem is. I now have no broadband, unable to get through to customer services due to horrendous wait time (40 minutes). No email option, web chat not available. It's half term week & I have a very unhappy 10 yr old that has no internet service. This is the worst broadband experience I have ever had, TalkTalk, Sky, Post Office could all manage a smooth switchover.

Ensure you turn off any browser pop up blocker for CHAT to work.
