Another 'no Reward Card email received' post

Apologies for another post about not receiving an expected Reward Card but I wonder if some kind soul who's monitoring the forum could have a look to see what's happening on my account.
I ordered Plusnet Fibre on the Plusnet website on 31 October, switching from BT, and my Plusnet service was activated on 24 November, the day I'd requested. I'm pretty sure I was offered a Reward Card (I think for £50) as part of the switching process, although I don't seem to have any record of that – only the line in my Contract Summary document "If your package includes a reward card we'll send you information on how to claim this separately".
So my activation date was 15 working days ago and I gather I should have had an email by now telling me how to claim.
I'm happy, of course, to provide further details if that would help.

I've heard back from the team about this, and they have advised that you are not eligible for a Reward Card.

I'm not sure why I'm not eligible, but I guess the promotion must have been withdrawn between the time I first looked at what Plusnet was offering and when I actually ordered the package, maybe an hour later. Or perhaps I'd been looking at a different package.
