Adding referral after sign up

Morning all,
One of my colleagues at work recommended PlusNet to me a few weeks ago. After comparing with other providers, I decided to order a package over the weekend. At the time, I didn't know his Plusnet details, and I didn't have any way to contact him. This morning he's given me his username and referral link, but I can't find anywhere to put in the details. 

Is there a way for me to add him as my referral even though I've already ordered everything? I only put the order through 2 days ago

Hey, thanks just received your DM I need to wait for the account to be live before I can add the referral. Once the account is live, I will get it added
