Broadband went off at 1pm last night Thursday 13 October. No email or text received. When can I expect this to be activated. Have limited phone coverage without the internet and need to be connected asap
Switching, activation 13 October. Disconnected last night but no email or message to set up new router. Don’t know what to do. Rely on this for shopping, prescriptions etc. limited phone coverage in village so keep losing connection
Sorry it didn't work - I should have probably warned you it might fail. It can take up to midnight for all the systems to mesh, and it looks like BT/OR are still working on it.
