Hi Plusnet, My activation day was yesterday before midnight. Openreach engineer told me all was good. But still nothing this morning. No update text or messages on my account. Any idea what the hold up is? Thanks.
Hi Plusnet, 2 activation dates have now been missed. I really need to get the internet up and running. My wife is a NHS critical care manager and is having to conduct online meetings at her mother-in-laws some distance away and my 2 children are both studying for university at home and unable to access anything online. Please can we get this sorted ASAP.
