Activation time - been waiting 5 weeks

Hi, i’ve been waiting 5 weeks to be connected.

Now I know you say it takes at least 10 working days. 25+ seems a bit extreme. Any updates? Is there an issue with the order?

Hi Oliver.

I'm sorry to see you've not had an update on your order in so long.

From what I can see it looks like your account was being managed by our automated system, which failed to process the order on this occasion. Sad I've manually progressed the order with our suppliers now.

We'd still need to take over a working line, so your activation will be in around 10 working days, but we'll confirm this for you soon. As we're importing your telephone number as part of the order, I'd allow 1-3 working days for confirmation of your activation date, because our suppliers would need to send a pro-forma to your existing provider for them to accept.
