Plusnet is saying my broadband would be activated midnight 6 august but my current provider say my broadband and phone service would be moved on the 5 august. Does that mean i may not have a line and broadband for the 5th and the sixth august?

Thanks for your message Alex
The working line takeover is committed with Openreach for the 5th September. Since it can take anytime up to midnight, the email we've sent implies 00:00:00 on the 6th, where I feel it's clearer to advise up to 23:59:59 on the 5th.
Sorry for the confusion caused here.
You may experience a bit of a connection drop on the 5th as the line is taken over but it shouldn't take long.
