Activation Date

Hello,

I've recently placed an order with plusnet and the activation date almost 20 business days from now. I was led to believe that we  have a significantly shorter waiting period. We require internet access for work purposes and it would be really great if there was a way to move forward our date. I realise that this is a busy period, but anything that can be done to help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about the really long delay.

There's not much we can do to speed things up as it's due to engineer availability I'm afraid. Sad

Hi Anoush,

 

Thanks for the quick reply. I understand that it is a very busy time of year, but is it possible to be put on a wait list in case someone cancels their appointment? I know it is difficult but anything that can be done to get the wait time to the advertised 10-12 business days would be great.
