30 days and still no internet

Just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. An engineer came on 13th September and I'm still offline today. Every time I ring up I get told that they are waiting for an update from a supplier. I want someone to explain the exact hold up and why 3 engineers can't seem to get me connected. I'm getting very frustrated and I'm starting to think that I'll never get online. I explained that I work from home and need Internet. I've had to buy a mifi and a data sim so I can work which is costing me a fortune. Can someone give me some reassurance of what is happening? Is this a normal timescale?

Re: 30 days and still no internet

It looks like your order is stuck within our supplier systems.

I can see our support team have raised an Escalation to BTwholesale, and they've raised a bridge case. This is basically a request with a back end team to manually progress the order.

We should have an update by Monday. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
