when do you credip account after end of contract.

HI I have finished with plusnet on the 28th feb and account closed. plusnet owe me about 21 pounds so when do you pay this back.also I cancelled bt sport about a month ago yet its still live. PlusNet have gone awful cant talk to anyone so plese someone answer this.
