refund

i  moved to another provider when my contract ended  3 weeks ago, i am due a refund for loss of service some time ago when can i expect this ./ ta

The automatic compensation has been applied to the bill generated after the fault had been closed.

thanks,but it never showed on my account  and  now i have left plusnet  when will i get this refund paid to me ?

Hi @CRABSTOES10 

Once your final bill is generated it'll be automatically refunded back to you within 5 to 7 working days

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
