re overcharged bill before contract ends

my contract expies 2/9/2023
i upgraded my contract on 3/8/2023
before contract expired
i am now been charged

Your last bill on 2nd August 2022 for
will be taken on or around
9th August 2022
can someone  check this please

Hi there,

I can see that your new contract hasn't gone through yet because the product change to fibre extra is still pending in our supplier systems. That's due to happen on 10.08.022 so all being all your new contract and pricing will begin from then. This means that your next bill in September will have more discounts than normal to reflect this.
