I am overseas but it seems only way of contacting Plusnet is with UK telephone number, is there another way?
Just changed to new contract but being charged the wrong fees, so need to speak to or email billing team.
Not in europe so can't use my uk phone number, can't use whatsap.
Can anyone advise

@dfhburton unfortunately, if you need to contact Plusnet over account related issues the only real way is via phone, as they need to ensure they are talking to the account holder so need to ask security questions. How long are you away for?

With a mobile connected for Wi-Fi Calling, can it call 0330 123 9123 as if you are in the UK ?
Or is it possible to dial +44 330 123 9123 from your location ?

I'm away for 2 more weeks, back end of July. Tried +44 330 1239123 from whatsapp & botim, neither recognised the number.

If you set up a VoIP account and install a VoIP client on your mobile phone, you could use that to call a UK number. You can do that without entering a contract and with no recurring payments.
e.g. https://www.freevoipdeal.com/dashboard
That would cost you 10 Euros which won't expire unless used (and you get 120 days of 'Free' calls up to 300 minutes per rolling 7 days to many destinations).
You can set the CLI for outgoing calls to any number you can verify.
Or you could just wait a bit longer and sort it when you get back home in 2 weeks.
