link to add direct debit is dead

contact administrator, on 4g phone and pc plusnet wifi.

issue not my end.

 

why is there no chat support.. no im not ringing up

 

also, not getting the speeds im paying for

@marc2 Chat support finished years ago - your only option for account queries is phone or snail-mail.

What are your speed issues - more information is needed?

Would you possibly be able to try this…

a/ a different browser

b/ clearing cache and cookies

c/ private browsing (or incognito) mode

why would i try that when i did on phone in London on 4g

 

then at home on pc 30miles away on plusnet wifi

Ah, FTTP. How and on what equipment are you testing? What speed did you get initially/how long have you had FTTP?

I am sorry to learn of the issues you are facing. You can update your billing details and set up a direct debit online via our member centre, the link to this is as follows Login | Member Centre | Plusnet Alternatively, please feel free to reach out to our support team via phone and one of our friendly agents will happily set it up on your behalf.

 

In terms of the speeds, I have run a diagnostics test and the system indicates there to be no pre existing faults, with this in mind the speeds you are getting via the master socket should be aligned with the contractual amount. We do not guarantee speeds via WIFI due to the multitude of factors that can impact on this.
