I cant do anything in my account because it says account restricted, outstanding amount must be paid. its been like that for months now but my account is up to date and on 0 balance. is there a way to sort it?

I would suggest calling Plusnet tomorrow.

I've raised a ticket to our systems support team (DBA) to take a look.

Just an update, sorry for the delay - I’ve not heard back yet and due to the Christmas break, I may not hear until the new year, but will let you know if there’s news sooner.
