Why am I being over charged

I took up an offer with Plusnet to upgrade at a rate of £24.99 allegedly. I had BT Sport at the time which added £10 , this is now gone and my bill is over £30 I don't have a phone line or anything else. Why are you over charging me continuously?! I may have to take this to a higher level. You did not stick to the offer at all!

When did you take up this "offer", and how long is/was the contract due to run for?

 

It is possible that the contract expired and you are now being charged out-of-contract rates.

Contact started 9th march 2023 for 24 months but I'm paying more than what the offer was for
