Who can I speak to about billing

I just received my bill for the month and it has gone up £10 I’m not sure as to why this is I tried the chat link on the site but it doesn’t let me speak to anyone just automated messages I have looked at my bill and I’m not sure why it has all of a sudden gone up by £10

@FrankieL Have you come to the end of your contract? Have you compared the breakdown of charges between your last invoice and this one?
