No worries and thanks for the detail on the ticket.

We'll wait and see what tomorrow brings as the fix is expected to roll later on today.

Don't worry too much about your usage for now, as I'd be happy to credit or refund you any extra usage charges incurred because of this problem.

Hello Anoush

I updated the ticket yesterday and today, the issue is still showing in My Usage.

Has the engineers' fix been applied?

If my issue cannot be fixed I guess I am going to have to migrate to the Unlimited Fibre Extra package.

Sorry for not replying to the ticket earlier.

I'm still looking into this as we've got another report over Here of a similar issue.

I'd like to speak with the right people tomorrow to investigate this.
