Unexpected price hike.
My 18 month contract had ended and when I went to the "change product" page it said that my out of contract price is £31.99 (see attachment). However for that month I was charged £40.72 can someone please tell my why?
Also, as I was out of contract I tried to get on the £27.50 deal for the Unlimited Fibre Extra but was told that that is for new customers only. That's a bit disappointing.

I am sorry to hear that your most recent bill has come as a surprise. I have reviewed the bill and explained the costs here.In regards to the re contract offer I can see that this has been dealt with by our Customer Options department.
