Unexpected bill increase Dec

I am on a fix for another 2 mths, Dec bill has just arrived and has increased - for no reason that I can see.

There seems to be nowhere to report this directly to Plusnet except by email or an unearthly long wait on their help line!

Any help much appreciated.

@tandr You cannot report issues via email - the mailbox is not monitored.

As a start, compare page 3of each invoice, where the charges are broken down, and note where prices have changed.

Yes I realise now, in my frustration I've emailed the mobile email!

I normally have 3 discounts on my bills, each one is less this month - broadband, UK & mobile, line rental

In that case, unless a Help team staffer picks this up - which could take 3-5 days, you are better trying to ring in - sorry, but that is the way the system works these days.

Hey there @tandr I hope you're doing alright, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. There's only a few of us staff member on the forum so takes a while to get back to people sometimes.

 

I can see you contacted someone on Thursday and they sorted this out, am I right?
