I am currently out of contract and really want to take up the offers being sent to me. However when ever I log in to my account and attempt to upgrade to unlimited fibre I get the message;

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

This has been going on for over a month now and I have not changed my service in the last two years!. I tried the chat option to get this sorted but was told I needed to phone 'customer services' .........Ha ha very funny! been trying that for two weeks now at various times of day. Due to the high number of calls............blah blah blah!
Can anyone please fix my account so that I can just upgrade my broadband before I lose the will to live and go elsewhere?
