I have recently renewed my broadband and line rental contract for the same rate of £18.99 per month for a further two years.
Firstly my July bill was inexplicably for £19.08. I explained this discrepancy to [CSA Removed] who assured me he had corrected it and that it would be deducted on my next bill. This has not happened. My August bill is also incorrect at £19.99 instead of £18.99 as contracted. In fact it should be for £18.91 to correct the previous month's overcharge of 9p!
Can you please advise?
