When I try to log on I keep getting a message saying "an error has occurred", "your next bill is due 18th June" and the screen will not allow me to log in. Eventually, after negotiating the process of accessing my billing , which takes forever, it's so slow, the only billing available is up to 16th May 2019.
Has anyone any clues as to what has changed and why?
P.S. it's not my computer as it works fine on other websites, although my download speed is often much lower than 30mb/s (currently 26 Mb/sec) when I'm supposed to receive a minimum guaranteed speed of 45.9 Mb/sec.
