HI
I'm trying to pay my bill here, but there is no 'pay your bill' on my account page
I'm getting an error page, I changed my billing from Direct debit to Debit card, but still can't pay.
please look into this
PS when I changed my billing to Debit card, for some reason my debit card details were already stored under the name "LEAKY' I can't remember clicking on anything to store my debit card details!
Please sort out your website

@Menace65 I'm not sure why you are unable to see my latest update, its been added to the ticket above created on the 16th.
An alternative way to pay is through www.plus.net/pay if you continue to experience issues then we can also take your payment over the phone on 0800 432 0200

If the ticket is there, but no further info is on it, I'd guess to say @Satss is having an issue with their systems
(another member of staff did mention they were having some issues yesterday)
Or possibly, due to reading another very recent post a few moments ago, more staff might be having issues... I simply don't know.

I give up, if you don't want my money, that's upto you, I've tried on numerous occasions to change my billing date so it falls on my payment date. As you have seen this morning, I've tried my best to get the payment to you.
It's not my fault, that your payment system is up the creek.

@Menace65 I'm sorry about all the trouble you are experiencing. If you are unable to pay online then we can also take this payment over the phone. I'd advise giving our Customer service line a call as there will be someone available to help you with this payment.
In regards to the ticket updates I will have to seek clarification on this internally to see if this is a known issue.

Thanks, but I won't be giving my debit card details over the phone. as I've changed my payment system to debit card, can you not try and take it that way.
Whilst I'm here, on my home billing page I see
You've not updated your communication preferences for 6 months
I've clicked on this and then clicked on submit, and it's still there. you really need to sort out your website, maybe this banner is covering over the 'pay your bill' I don't know, I'm fedup.

I'm afraid not. If you are unable to change this via our website, a call would be required to our Customer Services. We take all aspects of our customer security very seriously which is why we have systems in place to pause call recording when providing billing details.
We wouldn't be able to assist further with this query and we're really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

they take non-payment very seriously which is why many of us have not had a DD taken for over 6 months. If it's broke Pnet can't fix it.
