Trying to call plusnet, gets through to initial message then cuts me off

Hi

Trying to call plusnet to cancel (I just had Trooli installed). I'm calling 0330 123 9123. It goes through to the opening message (press 1 or 2) then just cuts off, every time.

Can I email to cancel instead? Or at least advise them to stop my service when my contract ends in DEC-25?

Sorry, no, you cannot Email Plusnet. Try ringing the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632.
