I'm switching to a different broadband provider and have my order placed with them and used the mac code I was given by plusnet, do I need to do anything else?
Will my account be automatically cancelled?

It should be but just in case you should advise Plusnet once the transfer has completed

Hi there,
Can't see any contracts left on there and as you're migrating you won't be charged the £25 cessation fee. We should get the notice from your new provider (via our suppliers) but as Jim says it's best to let us know once the migration has gone through.
Thanks for your custom, and sorry to see you leave. Hope all is good with your new provider.
