Hello
I'm sending out a warning. I've just had an automated phone call claiming to be from my internet service provided saying my account is to be disconnected in 24-48 hours. Apparently they've been trying to contact me beforehand.
I believe this is a scam. Can anyone help me?

It will be a scam. There's probably nothing much you can do to stop them as the scammers are invariably based abroad, and don't follow any UK laws or regulations.

It's a very common scam. Just ignore it.

Pure scam call, @Nezzac . It is one of a variety of 'calls', others are Visa/Mastercard cash transfers, Amazon Prime renewals and Insurance checks. Standard advice is: if you aren't expecting a call and don't know the calling number, ignore.
