I rang Plusnet at the end off last month asking for my landline call plan to be removed. Looking at my Plusnet dashboard just now it says my contract ended June 26 2019 whereas I believe my contract ends November 2022, It also says that my line and broadband charge per month is £25.14 whereas I am expecting it to be slighlty more than this. Tried ringing Plusnet but gave up after 40 minutes. Please can someone at Plusnet look into this and correct the information to the correct contract information.
PS Have just got through to Plusnet and they are having problems with dashboard displaying old contracts. Was told this would be sorted soon.
