We're really sorry that you have been affected by this.
We can advise that we would never charge for more than 90 days. Although we would like to, we can't provide updates regarding when specific accounts will be fixed. However, you will receive a notification once your billing as back up and running. If you are billed all at once, there is the option for payment plans but as this money would have been coming out each month anyway we have been advising to put it to one side.
