Still not changed my contract length

Hi, I have asked plusnet twice, with the last time requested last month to change my contract length as it has been entered on the system incorrectly when my billing went back on the system from the company issues. I want to leave Plusnet as soon as my contract ends, which this is going to make difficult, why is this taking so long if my billing is back on the system? Thanks
