Nice to see plusnet are informing me of when the next bill is due (for what broadband?)
No offence to the people on here from plusnet who have tried to fix this but i cant see this company lasting long
Too many departments and not enough people working in them the whole raise a ticket thing is a waste of time
But thanks again adam and co for trying your best.

Any chance of being updated on whats happening with this ie a date when the broadband will be fixed.

I'm sorry, we can't stop the billing process, but we can and will refund you for downtime as soon as this is resolved.
I can't commit to a precise date just yet as we're not in a position to give you one at the moment I'm afraid. I should be able to give you that before the day is out though.

None taken, we've been around a shade under 14 years which is a long time for an ISP in all honesty I don't think we're going to disappear just yet, I appreciate your frustrations here and please trust us when we say that we're doing all we can.

FYI we just need to draw your attention to ticket 38798442 as this needs to be resolved before we can move things forwards.

Was this not dealt with in ticket =38558855
I was told i was not liable if i took a twelve month contract no?

Its an outstanding charge for line rental. It is payable but I'll see if I can get things moving in the meantime.

So when i called up and paid any outstanding balance plus activation charges this wasnt paid?
My bill also shows no outstanding fees or charges?
This is getting confusing not to mention expensive

I've just checked your account and all seems to be in order. I'd advise contacting support in this instance so we can talk you through a few checks.

Im stuck working till tonight ive had a look
And nothings changed!
No Atm activity on line?
PPP failed?
If i reset modem i get online for a minute then internet light on modem flashes red
Then goes out then flashes green for a moment then turns red then goes off??????
Is this at my end im thinking not?
